TWSBI 1791 Inks 18ml – Sky Blue

TWSBI 1791 Sky Blue is a pleasant and quick-drying fountain pen ink. A shading ink, Sky Blue lays down both vibrant and more reserved tones, and while not waterproof, it does come beautifully presented in an 18ml frosted glass bottle. This colour is part of a 6-pack series TWBSI created from a book written in 1791 called “Dream of Red Chambers”. It’s one of China’s 4 great classical novels and we picked colours out of the buildings and descriptions within this book for this series of ink.

TWSBIs roots can be traced back to 1969, with the establishment of Ta Shin Precision in Taiwan. Having spent 50 years as an OEM manufacturer for numerous global companies, in 2009, they decided to launch their own brand of fountain pen TWSBI. Ever since, their products have gained immeasurable popularity, thanks to their blend of scientific precision with modern flair. Their various ranges always prove a hit with customers, with the brand regularly seeking feedback from users prior to developing their next release.
